skinny ash got mine

what the hell, how did this one sneak by me. I guess I was too busy studying, and not paying attention to Busse company. I was really taken by surprise by this one. I expected the normal "2 week" time on this one.
 
Black/Black for me +1. Just one, I'm being conservative. :p

I wanted a slim and light ASH-1 and the Black Micarta with a stripped satin finish should be GREAT!
 
I'm in on this one!! Skinny ASH-1 - Black crinkle with magnum black and tan G-10. In January I didn't own an ASH-1 and now I'll have 4 when they all arrive!!

These guys are checkin' out one of their new cousins! Darn things are like cats, gettin' all up on the keyboard when you are trying to work!!

I just ordered a black crinkle with the black and tan G10, the micartas were out of stock already. Also got the black leather sheath. Should look great together.

Whew just saw these about 20 minutes ago and got my order in. I go away from my computer for a day or so and this is what happens. Between this and SAR5 and the Embrace the Suck I'm going to have to sell Plasma to feed my Infidiction! :)

I know I already have a CG ASH1, and my wallet is about to bite the dust....

Skunk usually has stuff in the mail by the next day. Based on my past experience, I expect I'll have mine Friday. Monday at the latest.

I passed on the SE at Blade because I didn't think I wanted to get started on yet another Busse model knife and when I handled it in the thick configuration it just didn't 'talk' to me. I was still a little on the fence when the .032" CG came but when I got my hands on the 0.225" LE I was hooked! It is a deceptively quick blade in the hand and flat ground to the spine which will give it some edge in the chopping department. This might cut my Blade '08 knife budget to the bone but I just couldn't pass on another Anorexic blade which might take some of the load off of the LE. You're right, don't get started, it just never ends! :D
 
Another ASH for me as well. I'm late but I scored a black/black&tan G10 Skinny with a black Armoralleather sheath. I agree that the LE felt so good in my hand that I had to jump on this one.
 
One "skinny" sage w/black mags makes 5 ASH-1s total: 1 each; SE, CG, LE, HOG, S, (or will it be "A" for anorexic ?) Is there any such thing as too much Busse or is that heresy ? Pete

Same here, but I let my SE go. :o Shoulda kept it. Oh well, I got an AASH-1 on the way from Skunker, so it's all good in the hood. :thumbup:

(And there's no such heresy as too much Busse! )
