WOW!! Polished Convex rules. And I hope everybody sees how deep it bit with each chop in that wood.

I sure don't claim to have invented convexed polished edges but I have put a LOT of work into developing a method for creating them and this photo shoot provides some vindication.

I got a "Justabuyer" FBM a few days ago and man he really can put an edge on a knife . I'm not a beliver in thin edges on "hard use knives" so I confirmed that the one I got wasn't thinned much and it isn't but that sucker still just slides through a push cut in paper. How good is it? ... I'd say like my Spyderco ZDP Jess Horn! It is a user for me so this late winer I'll see how it chops when I have to clear some areas in Sonoma.

Of course part of our deal was lifetime sharpening so I just sent him a few knives
