I am selling a Custom Fillet Knife made by Skip Miller. He lived in Benton, Ill. when he made this knife. He has since moved out west. The knife won Best Fish Fillet Knife at the 2005 Professional Knifemakers Association show in Denver, Colo. Skip sent me a picture of the certificate with the knife, which I will include and a letter from him. I also will send a copy of Knives Illustrated which has the results of this show and a picture of Skip. The blade is BG42 stainless steel treated to 60 - 61 HRC. The bolsters are 416 stainless steel.The handle is very beautiful Olive Wood. The leather sheath is hand stitched with Linen Thread. I bought this knife from Skip and it has never been used or carried. It is a really nice knife. I am asking $190.00 shipped in the USA.
