Skookum Bush Tool / Why in such high demand??

It was made off of Mors' thoughts on what a good bushcraft knife should be. I'm sure it's a great knife but it's popular for it's endorsement. I don't buy that it's popular because it's superior to every other knife out there. I've never held one so take that with a grain of salt but I've had too many knives pass through my hands to think that this knife is perfect in any way.

There's a dirty little secret amongst woodsman and that is there is no perfect knife and most every knife will work just fine. It's the user, not the tool. And if the user is a tool then no tool will work.
