Skulls and Bone firesteels

Much toil.......and epoxy, went into making this viable.

Safe to say I did it.

Skulls are muskrat, the bone is leg from something in the bait pile;)

Really cool in a creepy kind of way. The leg bone one (a knee joint maybe?) looks perfect for a handle.

The skulls can do double duty if you ever get yourself caught in a snare. You can use them to chew off your leg and hobble to freedom!;)
 
Maybe it's just me, but the skull ones don't look like they'd be very comfortable to hold.

I took the "bite" off the teeth with a sanding sponge. Your only gripping the heads for a short amount of time. Unless you can't get the fire going that is;) If you put your thumb on the top of the cranium and pointer below they hold just fine.

They look really cool. Never thought I would see something like that. Very unique, in my opinion. :thumbup:
