Effin sweet I want one.
By the way your hands are about as scarred up as mine nice to know I`m not the only one.
Those look great!
Only thing that would be cooler would be clear molded plastic in the shape of the head when alive so you can still see the skeleton.
I'm thinking bowling ball with skull embedded... if that makes sense.
Both the leg bones look like deer to me cut in half. Interesting how the muskrat looks like my squirrel skull. I have a beaver skull that looks like a larger version of the same. All rodents. Nice ferro rods. How do you think durability will be? The skulls are somewhat fragil. Nice work.
That.... Is f***ing cool bro:thumbup:. Looks awesome dude.
Now that's an interesting idea. put he skull in a mold and fill with a clear acrylic or something, then drill your hole for the rod. The skull won't be so fragil and you can still see.
That's what I was trying to say, very nice, I like the bronze dip idea too, I think that would end up looking sweet.
sweet! i have a ton of shells laying around so i used a .308 winchester shell. it fits a 5/8" rod perfectly.

The eye sockets are the only concern. How ever with all the epoxy I used, not to mention the 8 coats of hard shellac, they seem to be fine. If you put your thumb on the top of the cranium and pointer finger below you grip it just fine with no issues. The cranium with the rod is filled completely with epoxy, so thats more than solid:thumbup:

Yeah, bronze them like they used to do with baby shoes. Or make a mold then pour them out. I'm sure some would wear them around the neck. Art work.
