I would not know a FFG, FFFG, OR A FFFFG unless you talking about black powder where it actually means blowing your hand/head off or something to look at. If an angle of what 3-6 percent or whatever it is makes you want a refund then take that money and go buy gold toilet paper cause you know the other stuff is way to rough on your sensitive skin. However, each person is allowed your opinion to spend your money as you want and on what you want. If you thought it was one thing and it ends up being another treat it as far down the life is going to end scale it deserves. It is not going to bring imminent death if it is ground to a different degree. But you asked for one thing and got another. Such a disappointment but cmon is it really that important that you need to blast angry words at people who had no control.. Being disrespectful in some circles will get you refunded. In others it will get you killed. I have been in both and have seen a life taken over a bowl of chilli... Guy took out a shotgun and killed the other because he said he liked his own chilli better. I have seen combat deaths that absolutely were necessary. I was over a life or death right now my squad or myself can get killed if that guy holding the detonator isn't killed first. That is an easy and important decision to make. Not the angle of metal on something you put in a safe and never use for it's intended purpose. It that grind had caused a wire to not be cut and it caused a death then I can see complaining. If it is an angle you have to get out the calipers to even discover it is missing, then you really need to change your priorities. Safe queens do not need to be perfect they need to look perfect. Me, I actually put my life on the line for the gear I carry. My decision on what knife to carry that day could end up killing me. It's not worth it in the end. It is not a life and death situation or decision so don't make it into one.

I said all of that to say this. I am still in for my 2 orders. For those of you who were so disappointed in the angle, I hope you find your perfect knife and go buy it so you can move on past this crap hole you created in your life. Staying angry or depressed for too long is not healthy. I say this because I care and because you fit into a psychological profile that have a higher rate for anger, depression and have a higher rate of drinking to try to self medicate. Just remember it is a knife wooooosssssaaaaa... It ain't worth it in the end...

Spark, Keep them coming I am excited to get it regardless if it is missing some insignificant amount of metal.

Very disrespectful post In my opinion. All you say is we can spend our money on what we would like to. Then you go on a tangent disrespecting people who want a refund because there was some miscommunications and product changes. Oh and no I'm not a depressed person because I wanted a refund. Thanks for your judgement. Coming from you it means so much.

Folks, what we don't need is a thread with our members pissing and moaning and pointing fingers at one another over who decides to keep their order and who decides to cancel their order for the forum knife.

Spark has stepped up to the plate, apologized for any misunderstanding and let folks know that if they want a refund it's available to them. End of story.

For those whom any deviation from the original specs is an issue, there is a remedy. For those who will be happy with the forum knife in a slightly different incarnation, no action necessary.

Creating a tempest in a teapot is not going to do anything positive for our members, the site or Kershaw. Let's not go down this road. Thank you for your support.
