Skyline Scale Assembly

Just got a set of aluminium scales from BladeHQ for my Skyline but it doesnt seem the all the hardware fits. Did I get a set of bum scales or do I need new hardware or am I missing something? I know some of you Skyline guys got some too. Anyone have trouble like im having?
 
Actually, I literally just figured out what I was doing wrong. Not sure how to delete thread but ignore this.

I was thinking that as well.
Looks like he got it straightened out but I'll throw a picture of Allen Putman's Skyline scales up anyway. ;)

Yeah, if it's those Putman scales that Barman put up a picture of, they don't use the retaining nuts on the clip side. The two scale screws go directly into threads in the aluminum scale. When you first look at them something just doesn't seem right. Nice scales at a great price though.
