From a request from the New Item Delivery thread, here are a few more images of the upcoming Skyline (proto shown).

Hi Thomas! Very nice to "see" you again. Many thanks for the 0200 parts! Ya'll are the best!:thumbup::thumbup:

Man! That is sweet!! I love the stone washed finish on the blade. Just like my s30v Blur. That's going to be a perfect EDC for me. Can't wait!!

Great job!

I'm with everyone else. There are very few finishes that look as good as a stonewashed finish. If you look at everything this knife packs: Stonewashed 13c26, beefy looking, linerlock, G10, smallish clip, flipper and made in the USA, it looks like Kershaw made the knife everyone has been asking for. If you look back at the "my perfect Kershaw" threads the only thing this knife is short is a frame lock, but, at a 30ish dollar street price who can bemoan the lack of a frame lock. Folks, it looks like everyone's perfect EDC is about to arrive. Thomas, Tim and everyone else at Kershaw, congrats, I do believe you will have a home run on your hands. You had better make lots of them 'cause they are going to fly off the shelves.

Made in the U.S.A. for $49.95 retail!!? How the heck do ya'll do it?
Outstanding!

Oh yeah, it looks good too. ;)

excellent looking blade but why can they just tap and drill two more holes for a lefty to carry it:grumpy:

That's thin enough to make a very nice neck carry knife under a shirt,(especially with the clip removed)......

.....and the 3 1/8 inch blade reminds me a lot of my "Baby".;)

I may just have to pick up a couple of these when i can locate them for sale. :p

Thomas,....the pics make it look like the blade is hollow ground,......so should be VERY sharp!

.....i couldn't help but notice there is no screw support along the back spine,......for additional stiffness when i get one i may drill a few more holes for extra spacers and screws. I guess i've been spoiled by my ZT's

Very, VERY nice!!...$50 msrp and it has G-10 scales and good steel...

I really like the shape of the handle and/to the blade.... really a nice design... and simple. I can see some Tim in there with the shape of the flipper, but I bet this was a joint effort?. I'm always impressed when something can look very simple, and yet very different from anything I've seen. So many things have been tried out there. I also love the single liner to both reduce cost and weight. Not sure it's really needed anyway. G10 is stronger than many think. Very cool to offer that steel in stonewash as well... it always seems to be used on only more costly steels. I'm guessing Kershaw will sell about a gazillion of these at that price point ;)

I really like the catalog image choice, and the name as well... that straight horizon line really sells that straight spine... it just screams thin and streamlined.

Wow.very lahar-like (a good thing) but half the MSRP! I'm down to get one!
Keep in mind that the Lahar is also VG 10. Still, all of Kershaw's product are priced well at street level. Definitely getting one as soon as my knife store gets one in if they do.

didn't really remind me of the lahar... for some reason. Maybe that ruler straight spine is just so distinctive
