Received a sheath for my Ontario RD4. It's a shame companies like this are in business. Stitching wasn't the right color I requested and the sheath looked like it was made by a kid. The internal hardware left a nice scratch on the blade so out of the display case it comes. My fault for trusting a company that considers themselves " badass gnomes". How stupid is that?

The Skystorm Web site shows many different sheaths that are (if you believe the photos) very well designed and appear to be good quality. It would be interesting to see a photo of your particular sheath to better understand why you are so disappointed.

I can say I bought one sheath from skystorm and I was thrilled with the design and craftsmanship. I would be very curious to see a picture of the sheath and damage to the knife.

Pictures or your just another Troll looking to start a war, and since Skystorm is seemingly a member in good standing here, it might just be the gnomes who are going to win this war.

Here are some Skystorm Sheaths,

Peoples experiences with different makers ...well...differ. I myself have a great sheath from Skyler that was done by him very early on in his time on BF. No complaints at all from me.

Pictures would help state your case. Something like these which are of a Skystorm sheath made for my BK-2. I like it a lot.

I think he does a good job for a fair price. Did you contact him before starting this thread?

He does some of the best leatherwork I've ever seen. Have one of his sheaths for my esee 5, I'm gonna just assume your some random crazy person.

The pouch sheath Skystorm made for my Becker 16 exceeded my expectations. Funny the OP mentioned stitching, because the sheath I bought has some of the cleanest stitch work I've seen, and was one of the first things I noticed.

Good news for you, if you're telling the truth, Skystorm has a lifetime warranty. I suspect you aren't being truthful, however.
