And if you win it and want it, I'll do this to yours...

You'd really do that? Sweet. I just entered arks contest, and if I win, I'd love to try out a nice choil and get rid of that bottom guard. I just don't have the tools to do that here.

Not sure about the thumb ramp though, I've never really used one.

Really beautiful 7 though. Congrats.

Sure, be glad to.

Love what you did. Wish I had a clue how to do any of that, and what kind of tools it would take.

a couple files and sand paper (the crudest way) but it works im gonna do something similar to my 7 (tradewater inspired)

I was taking some pic's of these scales this guy I know makes and I forgot to get more good shots of this Cammy BK7 with the ramp filed off. I like it better without the ramp. At least I like the BK7 better without them.

Best pic of the bunch of it without the ramp.

I put some Birchwood Casey Tru-Oil on it, but just about any kind of oil will darken it. There are guys that stain and dye it as well.

Don't stain it! Did that, hated it. It left a sticky residue, similar to glue. Enormous pain to get off. Rit dye is cheaper and better. But it will colour EVERYTHING. don't do indoors.

Edit: Not to hijack the thread but got any more pics of that knife on the left there fal'er
