I thought this would be suited for the kitchen as its a real thin slicing machine. Full flat grind with hand rubbed satin finish on the flats and belt finish on the bevels. The handle is natural canvas Micarta sanded to a smooth 600 grit with brass pins to add a nice contrast. This knife if made from Sandvik 12c27 razor steel similar to Sadvik 13c26. In house heat treat with digital controlled oven with a subzero quench and a 2-2 hr temper cycles with a projected hardness between 59-61. Knifes specs out at .100 thick by 4.0" blade measures from front of handle, cutting edge 3.8 and 4.05" handle

With leather pouch style $140.00 with Concealex $130.00, Or no sheath for $110.00 includes shipping within the US.

For those those that missed out I have one more of these with just a little bit different grind. Its a little thinner yet. If I can get to sanding the handle scale it will be done this week.
