You can tell my prejudice toward thin blades on kitchen knives; they just slice better and it is very unlikely that someone will try to baton firewood or hack off a limb with this knife.
Stock removal from 3/32 inch 52100 steel
Slight convex grind
Hand sanded to 600 grit
Stabilized cherry burl handle. You will notice some bark pockets in the handle but it has been stabilized and the bark is well saturated with the resin and as hard as the rest of the wood. The handle is very durable and water proof.
Overall length: 11 1/4 inches
Blade: 6 3/4 inches
