For sale I have a very thin ground slicer and veg-tanned leather sheath. Hand sharpened to 0.5 micron, it's sharper than a new razor. The steel is 1095 high carbon with a matte patina finish for some corrosion resistance, and satin polished spine and tang for comfort. The scales are American Cherrywood quadruple treated with Tung Oil so it's meant to work. The wood will also darken to a rich chocolate color with age and use. Very lightweight and great as a second, sharper knife, for delicate work. Feedback welcome. Lifetime free sharpening as long as you pay for shipping.
