Properly heat treated in my shop using digitally controlled equipment for a hardness of Rc 58-60
Flat to slightly convex grind that I polished to almost a mirror finish, however it will develop a patina with use
Professionally stabilized maple burl handle; dishwater safe
Overall length: 9 inches
Blade:4 5/8 inches
