This one is forged from 1/8" thick 15n20 bar, down to 5/64" thickness to be a wicked little slicer, with upswept blade.
Flats are left raw, wet forged and wire brushed after forging.

After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.

Overall length - 7,6"
Blade length - 3,3"
Blade width - 1,1"
Thickness at the back of the spine -5/64"
Weight - 2,8 oz knife / 4,9 oz with sheath

Vintage micarta end grain cut, black G10 liners and carbon fiber pins.

Handmade 9/64" thick vegetable leather sheath, made for right hand vertical carry.

Thanks for the kind words gents, much appreciated.
I love that pattern too. Belly and shape to be used as a skinner, thin and sharp to be a slicer. It feels great in the hand and it's fun to make it.
I like to play with the blade - handle curves, and see how each one is unique.
