I dont make a ton of kitchen knives.

This one was an order that fell through.

The blade is 1/8th inch O-1, convex ground to a razors edge. Filework all down the spine.

Handle is black linen micarta with a mosaic pin.

The sheath I am most proud of. It exposes the blade and will protect it in a knife drawer. I have been doodling primative and amateur scroll work for about 4 months now. I finally got up the courage to throw one on a sheath. It is not the calibre I have seen elsewhere, but I really like how it turned out.

Here are the dimensions
Blade - 5 1/2 inches
OAL - 10 inches
Price - $235 shipped, paypal preferred to mlwbailey@yahoo.com, but I will accept money order or check.

The first "I'll take it" gets it.

I like the knife and the file work. The sheath is great, unusual, but the scroll work sets it off. Congrats.:thumbup::thumbup:

Good Lord that is beautiful. Both knife and sheath!! Been what I have been looking for in the kitchen!

Me likes!!! (I'll be honest though...I couldn't figure out what ear plugs were doing in a knife picture...then I woke up and saw carrots! lol)

Aww, maaaan! And here I am, a great cook and I love Matt's stuff!
Matt, would you make another one for me, maybe in a 10" chef's knife style with a wild western hunting knife flair?

OUTSTANDING:D You must love what you do! Cause it really shows up in your work! And how about that sheath:thumbup: I have got to get some of your knives. Matthew, you still workin on your web site? Any way... Great work as always!

I'd be interested in another 5 1/2" - 6" blade model and maybe even a matching 10" one! Wow, really nice work... Can't say enough!

That is very nice. I love how it carries your very distinct style. Looks like a great user with a flare.
