Beautiful knife. Can't think of anything I don't like about it; except for the fact that it's not headed my way, of course.

PM sent with an inquiry. :)

Matt,SpearZ, It never crossed my little mind that I was sticking my nose into business between the two of you. I'm glad I did'nt cause a problem!! That certianly was not my intention!! Only wanted to be sure you knew the nature of rosewood as I have seen the adverse affects. I must be more careful of offering advise that's not asked for!!!

With that said, I hope you both have a great day!!!

There was a thread before with a discussion about adverse reaction to colobolo wood, apparently you have to wear a mask when sanding it also due to people having breathing problems if inhaled.

The simple answer for me is to switch to another wood, I don't want any knifemaker to risk there health while making a knife. Lots of good woods out there. No problem appartently for Matt. This is why the form is good these things are brought out and discussed.

Merry Christmas :)

No problem Dewey, If there is a hint or a tip out there that is going to improve my health, or keep me from getting a bronchial infection or worse, I dont care how the information gets to me.

Thanks for all the comments.
