This is Good Looking Utility knife for you to consider.
Spec's
Blade: forged 1080, edge quenched, with a 600 grit satin finish.
Distal taper and taper tang.
The blade height is 1& 1/8", The blade thickness at the recosso is 1/8"
Blade length: 5.5" to the bolster, 9.5" overall length.
Handle: Cocobolo with mosaic pins, 416 Stainless steel bolsters.
My custom fitted sheath.

Didn't see this the first time around. That is a great looking knife. I like the look of that handle. I imagine that with the longer, slimmer blade, this is an even better slicer than the one I bought (Scary!).
