I just got this one in today. Spyderco POLICE 4 K390. Thin and very substantial. Good price on them right now. Top one. Good prices on the Endura also. A bit smaller.

The thinnest profile knife I've ever owned was the SOG JetEdge1 (J47) and JetEdge2 (J48). Carbon Fiber, single liner on the liner-lock side. Comes in Small and Large versions.
The smaller one has about a 2-3/4" blade, and the larger one has about a 3-3/4" blade, IIRC. These have been long discontinued, but they pop up from time to time.
It looks like Coountry Knives has them both available. I see them for sale on ebay occasionally as well.

This is the right option!How about a Buck 112 Slim Select? One hand opening, locking, slim, black, 3" stainless blade, deep carry clip, Buck lifetime warranty, US made, and it's under $40.
Or a 110 Slim Select. Same specs, but with 3 3/4" blade & under $44.
Nothing fancy about them. They just work.

The Cash Card is a very capable knife, as the tool that a pocket knife is designed to be. However it appears to me that perhaps you have designs on a different purpose. I'm getting the idea that you're looking for something more self defense designed. If this is indeed the case I say go fixed or don't bother. Don't trust a folding knife to save your life. I'm not saying they can't, but they definitely aren't designed to do so (most of them), and the few that might have that in mind aren't slim or dainty in any regard, and are still way too likely or prone to folding up on your fingers during such a use. Just don't do it, seriously! Fixed is the way!
If I'm wrong, however, then don't change knives at all. The Cash Card can cut and slice anything you would need it to. Just keep it sharp and you're good to go for a long time to come.
Then again, I fully endorse buying many more knives, so basically every suggestion here is good, so buy them all!!!!

If money is not an issue, there is the Sandrin Monza Zirconium.
It's super slim and nearly black, has a deep carry clip, one handed opening and locking.
Works equally well for southpaws.
Plus, it's made from tungsten carbide and boasts some ridiculous 71HRC.
