I just had a snow day and I finished up a slingshot project from this past summer (Pics on Facebook and here soon). I am on a crazy slingshot kick lately. I have two basic Marksman models without the wrist support(never really liked it) and one of those has a nasty set of extra pull bands.

Well, now I am thinking about a basic model from Bells of the Hythe in the UK. They're just plain nice looking. In looking around online, I stumbled on Chief AJ's arrow and conventional ammo slingshots. Wow!

Anyone else feel like a kid again when you pick one up? Thoughts?

When I was a kid, one of my favorite things was my 'wrist rocket'. I loved that thing! I've been thinking about getting another lately, probably just a Marksman but there are some really neat ones out there.

Holy crap! Those Bells of Hythe slingshots are intense!!!

I may be able to set up a group buy for the Bells of the Hythe models. I'm currently talking to the owner about a few projects.

I've still got the one I bought forty years ago. It still rocks.

I got grounded for a month with the death I caused with a sling shot. All of the neighbor's birds were strewn all over the ground like a boondock saints movie. I said "What, I thought the bird feeder was a perfect stalking spot".

I remember using a friend's Black Widow catapult when I was much younger. Couldn't hit a thing.

A Mate brought one of these back from the SHOT show a few years back it was unbelivable But due to weapons law that bans wrist supported slingshots he couldn't import them on mass.

The one I played with worked as advertised ( once it was zeroed)

My dad taught me how to make and use one when I was 6 (now 44) and i got pretty good with one then moved over here and they're illigal where i live although my bows and arrows arn't.

Got my first marksman with wrist support when I was 8. Still have it, but cut off the wrist support, and its many many bands later....Love that thing, they are a blast to plink around with, and have a great packable, survival tool potential...

Id be down for a group buy Kev.... I would like to pass my slingshot on to my son, and those are damn nice slingshots(catapult)....

Keep me in the loop buddy!

I set up one of those sling bow fishing rigs this summer and got in trouble for missing many suppers. Could not believe how well a slingshot can shoot an arrow.

It's pretty easy to set up for arrows. A Whiskerbiscuit and 2 zip ties and your shooting arrows.

That would be great if you could do a group buy of those. I love my slingshot it is a great way to pass the time. I've had one since I was about 10 and now 20 years later I still use one several times a month.:D

I might be in for a group buy as well, have been looking to pick one up to play with for a the past year....
