Just finished this up today. It's my third slipjoint so far.

D2 blade and backspring, both from 3/32" precision ground stock.
Blade was dry ice quenched and triple tempered. 60 HRC on the nose.
The spring has been triple tempered to 47.5 HRC.
I'd say pull is about a 4, and it snaps well, though not aggressively.
open, closed and half stop are all flush.
Bolsters and liners are 416 S.S. and scales are African blackwood.
The bolsters are not brazed.
They have been double pinned from the inside, and it's very solid.
It was fastened this way to give me a nice sharp dovetail joint to mate the wood against.
Just shy of 3.5" closed and 6 and an 1/8 open.

Price is 240$ shipped and insured to the U.S.

Questions and comments are always welcome.

Thanks for looking,
Leif

Nice looking knife. Question are the liners pinned or screwed??? Please someone buy this before I fall deeper in debt. Seriously though that's a really clean looking folder. Nice job!

Thank you.
Liners and bolster are both pinned, scales are screwed.

Nice Barlow. Those swedges remind me a lot of Rick's, so it's no wonder why he commented on them.
Seriously a nice Barlow.
