Thats a neat looking slippie there Ryan the bone looks really nice. I've never seen nail studs like that on a slipjoint before, i think its a very unique (at least to me) design element. What is the pull on this knife? Thanks and great work!

Nathan

Thanks Nathan. I got the idea for the studs from Jerry Mcclure who had seen it on other knives. The pull is a little stiff (I've only made 9 slip joints) but can be opened with a fingernail. I don't think it's over hard. It sits down far enough that it's not pinch open. Thanks for the comments.

Posting another picture (dark out so not a good picture) to show that the blade is centered in the knife.

I cant believe this is still here. I have seen the work Ryan puts in to his knives, this is a real bargain. If I had the funds I would relieve him of it very quick.

Thanks for the kind words Sean. I knew the thumbstuds were a little different, but maybe that's what is throwing people off. I stand behind my work and if you have problems with any knife of mine you can contact me at ryan@minchewknives.com
