That looks really good. I’m not a huge fan of wharncliffs but that is ok. The micarta looks greatThis was at dlt, I really like it. Hunter green micarta and carbon steel.

A Case Sodbuster would be an inexpensive place to start with slip joints, if you just want to see how you like them. An Otter Messer Hippekniep might suit you, as well.
