I have (2) 1 blade trappers from 2 talented makers who seem to fly below most people's radar.
The first is by Mike Tison of Texas. The blade is 2 3/4 inch ATS-34, 3/32 inch thick. Scales are black Micarta and the bolsters are stainless. The liners are relieved so there's no scratching of the blade when the knife is opened and closed. It's a very lightweight piece and very easy to carry. I carried it 3 or 4 times but I don't think I ever used it. This knife does not have a half stop. Price is $215. SOLD
The next piece is by Gary Crowder of Oklahoma. The blade is 2 3/4 inch
ATS-34, 3/32 inch thick. Scales are nice looking Goldenroot bone and the knife has a half stop. Closed length is 3 1/2 inches. This knife is new - never carried or used. Price is $225.
