Is there something wrong with the server? It is taking 5 minutes to load a single thread, and many times I get a server too busy message or it doesn't work at all.
 
Same here. The "secret" goverment must be bombarding the server with gamma rays.
 
I think Spark is recompiling the search database. There have been bug reports lately that indicate it's gotten corrupted (not the usual noobs who don't know about its little quirks -- different bug reports). That takes a lot of server resources and it'll slow things down for a while.

Mine was so slow I suspected I had some kind of PC problems. I defragged, cleaned my C drive, ran CCleaner, Registry Mech, Adaware, rebooted, and by the time I got through with all of that things were back to normal here. Maybe I should'a looked around in the forums first but my gawd they were so sloooooow as Rat said.:o ;) :D

Recently photobucket has had some serious problems with some of their accounts, my album was unavailable. I wondered if the BF server was getting dragged down by call-outs to photobucket images?
 
That wouldn't affect anything but the pictures. The pix would be slow to load or time-out and turn to red Xs, but it wouldn't affect loading the rest of the thread.
 
I'm still getting server too busy errors this morning. This came on very suddenly to be an increase in traffic....
 
I'm not getting any warnings about this either from the server. Weird.
 
A little after 8 a.m. Eastern time on Monday and page loading is slooooow.
 
My pages have been loading as fast as I click the post or reply to other post. Wonder what is happening?

I thought my PC was having problems. I ran scans and went to microsoft for more of their patches, but everything came up fine.
