Greetings all! Here’s a new Sloopy handled Camper that I still have available. Hope you like it!

Steel is 5/32” x 1 1/2” in O1 with HT recipe at 60/61. Hand sanded to600 grit for a fine satin finish. The edge was about .012” before sharpening, it balances on the front pin.

Dimensions:10 1/4” OAL, Tip to Scales 5 1/2”

When I saw this handle style long ago I didn’t think too much of it. Until I made one last year and saw how wrong I was. These feel great in the hand. The scales are Wenge with black and toxic green liners/spacers, brass pins, center mosaic. It’s finished to 1200 grit, oiled and waxed.

John, I know I said it before, but this handle shape is great. It will make someone a wonderful knife.

Hi Smiticus Smiticus , yes it just melts into your hand. Like I said I used to look sideways at this style..... until I made one! I decided to call them sloopy cause I really couldn't think of anything else. If they have a real name I'd sure like to know what it is?
