slotted screws

I've stripped the handle from my sus scrofa, and was thinking about putting them back on with an old-school slotted screw approach. What do I need for that look?

Not much, unless you want to re-handle the knife. The problem is the original hande was made for hollow rivets (V slot drilled) and the old style slotted rivets need to have a step counterbored hole.

so where do you get the old style rivets or tubes ?
