How long do you cook them on low for?

If they cooked all night would you have mush in the morning?

I get them going about 9 pm the night before, by breakfast they are ready to go. It's not soupy at all, but thick and filling. I also at a couple tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed to my serving.
