Slowing down my grinder??

I need to tap into all the knowledge on this forum. Please give me your advice.

I own a Wilton Square Wheel grinder with a 1.5 hp motor. What is the most cost effective way to slow it down. I can grind on the thing but it aint easy.

Could you please suggest possible solutions for my dilema. Be specific if you can regarding where to find the parts. Thanks in advance.

A couple of years ago I purchased a slow down wheel from TruGrit.

I now have much better control.
