I’m ready for a Spyderco Swayback myself! Fingers crossed it doesn’t have a wire clip like the other Slyz models.
 
Kizer is on the lower end of your price range but the Ursa Minor is the smoothest flipper I've owned. It's an exceptional EDC and one of the very few knives I consider a 10/10.
