Sm Seb...Where to Carry

Just received a small classic Seb and decided to order the clip insert and take the pocket clip off. It is the first Seb I have carried in the bottom of my right front pocket and I like the change.

Do you carry your keys in the same pocket? I'm seriously considering going this route but I'm worried about the Sebbie getting all scratched to hell.

Personally I`m far too worried about scratching it up, or messing up the edge. So I usually never carry anything else in the "Sebenza pocket"! ;)

I carry IWB, right side.
Pocket clip doesn't show, doesn't take up any pocket space, doesn't get scratched up, doesn't move about, and it stays very accessible.

I'm truly surprised not to see more IWB carry.

I considered getting the insert and just going loose in the pocket, but I hear the titanium will scratch badly. I keep my keys in the same pocket. But maybe it will just add character. :)

Scratches just add character. What is more likely to happen is coins or keys may get wedged into the knife and either ding the blade or, even worse, block the knife from opening. Besides, your keys are probably brass. All that will do is mark the titanium.

Come on, this thing is titanium and steel, what's going to harm that?

I tried IWB today. I didn't like being poked in the side all day by the end of the handle. I tried moving it to other IWB locations but all were uncomfortable. Not to mention, after I'd draw the knife, putting it back was a two-handed operation (dress slacks with a tucked-in polo).

Loose-in-pocket seems better and better because that's how I carry all my knives.

BUT....

I'd like to see some pictures of some "well used" Sebenzas covered with scratches and nicely faded. I looked through the "Just Images" thread to no avail. So if you have a nicely worn Seb, let's see them!

Loose in my pocket. Clipping it would be too inappropriate for the kind of dress slacks I have to wear at work.
