It has definitely come up before but it’s been a while since I have heard any mention of it. I have had to reposition the clip on a couple of my smalls. Also, some oem clips are more flexible than others.
Not my video but if you search “a new issue with the chris reeve small sebenza 31” someone posted a video about this on youtube back in 2021

I just looked it up. I’ve never seen her video of that before. It’s wild. Same exact issue as mine. Takes zero effort for it to fall into the lockbar. You see how easily she pushes it over….. same with mine
 
It's a feature! Once the clip falls against the lockbar it provides extra security for the lock bar accidentally moving! 😉
