Small 31 Knifeart CF $400 *SOLD*

I’ve got a love hate with CRK knives and this one just isn’t getting the love it deserves. Im the second owner of this Knifeart CF Sebenza in S45V.

Just starting to show some wear and the condition highlights are as follows:

-Ano wear on the thumbstud

-faint snail trails (very faint) with two tiny shiny spots circled in red

-the tiniest divot in the edge of the cf scale, barely noticeable but can be felt with a fingernail again circled in red

-Original factory secondary bevel

-has been disassembled and lubed with frog lube and is very smooth

-lanyard pin has Teflon tape to prevent rattle

-comes with full kit, the grease and loctite have been opened and the leather slip sheath shows some use. Lanyard is untied and bead is included.

I agree with you on the love hate with Chris Reeve. High build quality and tough, but they need to make a medium sebenza. The large with CF front is light and great. I like the insingo utility blade on that one with their standard 20 degree hard use grind on it. It is essentially a fixed blade outdoor knife that you can beat on, but it folds up to fit in your pocket. For the slicer the drop point is good, but need to reprofile to 15 degrees with the Sharpmaker. I did that with my older small insingo from almost 15 years ago. They need to make a medium though. The small can be too small. I got this one since in DC there is a 3" limit. For the larger slicer I like the Shirogurov F95 in titanium with internal and external cutouts to drop the weight. (haven't found one of theirs under 3")
