You guys I right. I misinterpreted what I was looking at. When I searched on ASTM 5155, I saw "After Tempering HRC 60". Sorry to have created a 'fecal storm'. I may not have understood what the 'value' was used in the conversion table. My bad.

Tempering 55CR3 at 200 grade celsius = 55 HRC
450 grade celsius = 35 HRC
