Well I finally got some time in the shop this week with my time off for Thanksgiving. I haven't finished anything in 3 months with school and my Reserve unit doing training, so it felt good to finish these up. These are my first hawks and I am pretty happy with them. I designed them with the intention of doing camp chores and being small enough to fit in a small pack. These would be perfect for camping especially if you are packing light, they would also be very nice in a "bugout" bag or as an e-tool in a truck or jeep. The hawks feature a small prying edge on the pommel that could be also be used as a glass breaker or as a defensive weapon. Thanks for looking everyone.

Killer hawks, the styling is awesome along with the functionality aspect. The chisel point butt would come in very handy.

I through hardened them and then deferentially tempered them.

I plan on doing more, but Im not sure when. Ive been pretty busy with school. I have been working on these on and off since august so Ive not been getting a lot of shop time.
