Small carving knife...GEC #26?

I was hoping you would like that Keith. I admire your work by the way. One day I hope to make something less abstract :)

Kevin, thanks for your pics. It's not small carving, but who cares?
It's always awesome to see what good can come out of patient work and fantasy.
The only thing is...I suspect that a GEC #26 might be a little small to get that job done... :D

Hello, Your Wharncliff collection is beautiful, superb. Can you tell me the manufactures and model of each from left to right? Thanks

Looking back over this thread, I believe you're asking about this picture (below)?

I'll take a stab at this one; no doubt others will quickly chime in with clarifications on specific models/names and especially corrections ;):

Winchester Whittler
Case-Bose Collaboration Norfolk
Menefee (custom)
Ohta (custom)
GEC Executive Whittler (Riverboat Gambler?)
GEC Little Carver (#26)
Zscherny (custom)
Case Swayback Jack

-- The above is a stunning collection of fine knives, presented well (as usual) courtesy of Rick's eye and skill as a photographer.

Hope this helps!

Executive Whittler is correct, the Riverboat Gambler is the 2 blade version with either a clip or spear main.

I believe the Winchester was made by Bluegrass Cutlery, although I have no evidence to support that theory.

Thanks for the clarification. I couldn't tell if the knife pictured had one or two secondary blades (hence my second-guessing), but didn't realize the main blade itself was the obvious identifier!
