A handy size similar to the knife that I usually pick up first in my kitchen. I started with a very thin billet ( 3/32) and tapered the blade all the way from the spine to the edge to produce a knife with excellent slicing properties. And, of course, properly heat treated 52100 makes a fine grained blade with great edge holding.
Stock removal from 3/32 thick 52100
Hand sanded finish
Cocobolo handle
Overall length: 10 7/8 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches
SOLD/SIZE] delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account and email is gldrewknives@gmail.com I also accept money orders and checks with time to clear.
