Allright folks. Here it is. This model was just featured in Tactical knives magazine in the Chef cutlery section (page 56) This is my small chef pattern in O7. (not a stainless) O7 is like O1 but on steroids. Rc 63- yep you read right. This is where it is strongest. I have used one in my kitchen for almost 4 years and have only had to touch it up on a ceramic hone. Patinas quite nicely! 6 1/8 blade and 11 3/8 overall. SS bolts with brown micarta.
