Walt,
When I clicked on that picture, it took my breath away. Thank you very much. That is SUCH a nice Sebenza collection. I don't have one .(Yet) So tell me this. Everyone talks about the "solid as a rock" lock-up of the Sebenza. Does every one in your collection lock up like that?
(Blade wiggle in a new knife is one thing that freaks me out. People tell me that blade wiggle in a Sebenza is something I would NEVER have to worry about.)

Not a wiggle in the entire batch.

What there ARE in this thread is a lot of bandwidth hogs. Go to Gus Kalanzis' Custom Knives forum and learn how to post thumbnail pics. There is even a practice post thread there. Guys with a small pipe (COMPUTER pipe that is

) like me appreciate it if we don't have to open up pics all the way every time we open the thread.

I just got my first computer graphic Sebenza in small size the other day.

It is indeed a really great daily carry knife... tuck into the leather pouch when you don't want clipped to your pocket.

I can't put my finger on why I like the small Sebenza so much. It is plenty of blade for me during my work day (desk job). Stout enough for whatever, very sharp tip, cross between drop & clip point sort of, great steel, handle just big enough for 4-finger grip if hands medium sized, and that wonderful Reeve final convex edge. And the radiused spine. Smooth handle scales at edges. So much refinement for CNC.

I will say I like my baby Terzuola Starmate. Also very light (all G10 and no fat liners) and a nifty piece.

I have my eye on a Joel Chamblin Maverick in 3" 440V (or 420V if I can get Joel to find a heat treater).

Like Walt said; for comparison.

I have several small Senezas and argee that they are hard to beat. I have a small wood and like Rick I don't use it all that much. Rick, at least carry it sometimes! The Mayo TNT is also nice, it doesn't scruff like the Seb does. Also the small Darrel Ralph Apogee is nice. Still, the Seb ranks high on my list.

thanks russ.......just what I was going to say: Yes, It does get better.....and Walt, send me a few of those things and I'll send you a NICE folder!!!!!
