Hi All,
Here's the specs on this little folder...
Blade is ATS-34, hollow ground and hand finished
Bolsters are 416 stainless-dovetailed
Liners are jeweled/anodized 0.05" titanium
Scales are desert ironwood burl
416 backspacer is fileworked
Tiger eye inset in thumb stud
Overall length is 5 1/2"; 3 1/4" closed; blade is 2 1/4" tip to bolsters

"That looks like it would be very comfortable to hold", and a very slick slicer too because Phil knows how to grind 'em just thin enough and then put on his miracle sharp edge.

I have 3 of Phil's folders and can assure anyone who is considering this one but feels a bit unsure, that all aspects of my 3 folders are 'right on'. Comfortable in hand, perfectly fitted parts, very smooth action and 100% solid 'lock up' in the fully open position. And what i like best about them is that Phil is one of the knifemakers who really knows how to put an extremely sharp edge on his blades.
I think Phil's knives are a very good deal for the price.
