small edc recommendations?

Don't be. I edc'd my leek for about 5 years now. Carried it at work too, cutting ropes, opening crates(!), giving it hell in general, and it still hasn't failed me yet. Got the s30v version so I don't even have to sharpen it very often. It truly is a little monster of a knife.

I can say that any approved dealer here on bladeforums is great. I cannot mention others, you will have to shop around. Knifecenter and Knifeworks have been solid. There are others, it's a free market, so help yourself. The bay is also a good source, just make sure they are selling authentic products. If they're an authorized dealer, you're good. Avoid offshore dealers.
 
Check out the cold steel pink mini tuff lite. My fiancé has carried one for over a year and she loves it. She says it is the perfect size for girly pants lol
 
The Dragonfly is a good design- small and light but big enough that you can get a reasonably good grip on it. I would also second the Delica, it is also small and light.

FWIW my daughter usually carries fairly large knives- lately either a Spyderco Tenacious or Endura.

Does she carry them on her person? How do her pockets work for those?! Haha. I think I'm going with a delica. I really hope I can make it work in my pockets, if not I might end up having to get a dragonfly but I'm willing to put faith in the delica before dismissing it haha.

Buy whatever works size / style / FaF wise for you and just get custom pink (or whatnot) scales done for it.
 
Another dragonfly vote. I love that knife. You won't be disappointed.
