Small EDC

I would look at the zt 0900. Normally it goes against my better judgement to recommend a knife before it has been released but in this case i think it is a pretty safe assumption as to what you would be getting. And i feel its size and the quality of various kvt flippers allow it to sit nicely in the scope of your requirements. And as long as kai is building to their expected standards (which i have no reason to doubt) then i would say its a very good contender even with so little info on it.

Easy, man.
from the lt: Sage 3 CF, Sage 3 (blue G-10; hard to find; disco'd), Sage 2 (titanium slabs) All three-inch blades of S30V...Spyderco, of course. I have that one on the left...an extra...new in factory-sealed baggie for cheap if you are interested... at this link.

The next two pics are of the Spyderco Caly series, the Caly 3 and Caly 3.5 (3.5 in blade), both in ZDP-189. Wonderful folders, and light. Great for office.

I'll second the Dragonfly G10. It is a lot more knife than the spec's or price suggest.

I'll mention the Hogue EX-04 Upswept blade with G-mascus Lava Blue handle... Coz that's what I just got. It's the first >$100 knife I've bought for myself, after all the sub-$100 knives I've been buying over the years. Even those sub-$100 knives are actually very good knives, just thought I'd spoil myself a little this time round. Have fun with the shopping!

I would say a SAK and an Opinel. But I guess you mean one-hand opening and clipped right?

Personally I don't care for <3" folders, but I guess a Spyderco Sage 1 or 2 is hard to beat. Otherwise you could look at the Spyderco Cat. A Spyderco Chubby is a little over 200 USD, but seems nonetheless very suited for what you're looking for as well...
