Thanks Keith. I am starting to like this "plungeless" style. Its harder to get the handles fitted because the "plunge" is so large, but it makes for a smooth looking knife, and its easy to polish steels because you can use the belt on the contact wheel. I can also do plunges, but they are harder because you have to line everything up and they are harder to clean the plunges and get the scratches out.
