  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Small Fix Blades

I detest cleaning folders. If I could edc a fixed without hassle, I would (CA laws: must not be concealed...so no easy pocket carry. If you wear it on the belt, can't have a jacket or T-shirt covering it).

All I can say is that since I got a couple of small JK fixed blades, I have not carried a folder. I just have no use for one anymore.

I have seen mud and sand mess up even the best actions in a folder. I don't want to have to worry about having issues opening or closing a knife. I usually carry a fixed blade with one or two folders as reserve when I am in the boonies

I can't see living without a SAK. But I can see how nice and strong a small FB is also. I guess I don't feel that I need to choose...

Me either a SAK is the only folder I carry anymore.
