I am not a "collector" but love small fixed blade "using" knives. I use them for EDC in a pocket sheath, either in my front or back pocket. All around 6" OAL w/2 1/4"ish blades. These are my favorites:

Mike Lovette City Knife - Very compact, a beautiful little knife.
Gene Ingram - GWB - I love this handle shape
Barry Dawson - Ivory & Damascus - Almost too nice to carry
David Winston - My newest and first Wharncliffe

Oh, I didn't realize, I apologize. I guess what threw me off was the many, many posts I see on USN from regular posters to BladeForum and vice versa.

Hi there!

Great looking knife there! You said it´s your first Wharncliffe!!??
Cool, I have also recently bought my first custom Wharncliffe!!!

Mine was made by Eddie White and is a full tang construction, with india stag - handle , and a very well made leather sheath with a clip.. I love it, love it, love it!!! And it is sooo sharp I almost can´t believe it!! I mean crazy  sharp!!!
It´s not very large, just about 6,7 inches long - very practical knife in deed!!

I know, I know.. Descriptive words are no way near the fun - and don´t hold the same "porngraphic" value as a photograph of a knife..
but I just had to reply:)
I´m trying to figure out how to post pictures, and when I do get it, I will also post a picture of another Eddie White-knife of mine as well - I love his knives!!! AND I can afford them  !!

I only wish that I lived on another continent right now..so I could go the Blade-show in Atlanta!!!! I can´t even imagine what it would be like to join that orgy :D As many of you guys on this forum know already Eddie White of `Shadow Knives´and his wife will be there - go see them at the Meyerco booth!! If I remember it right thats where they´ll be with their stuff!!!

See you!

Hey and thanks so much Don! Manuela and were unable to attend Blade as planned. The weather here in Texas got really rough for a couple of weeks. Floods, tornado, many power outages. So I'm keeping late hours in the shop. Going to bed in just a few minutes. Don't know what the problem between the two forums are. Bad blood I guess. A lot of good folks on both of them. Many the same. Go figure! Here are the pix of the two little All Integral EDC's Don is referring to. Steve Johnson called me to get my OK to make one for a customer, and one for the Solvang Show a few weeks ago. His came out really well I feel. These have been OKed by Bob Loveless himself. In fact I'm making a couple up for Bob and Jim in a few weeks. Hope everyone likes them! Mike and Manuela ( Manuela does the leather for them.) First the Little City Knife

I don't mind telling you that I was quite honored by this. I have a lot of respect for Steve. Not to mention that he is known for his fantastic work! Mike

And lastly, the full non Integral City Knife. We are working on a NY Special version of the Integrals. The plan was to unveil it at Blade. They will just have to wait a while.

I´m trying to figure out how to post pictures said:
Me too; I uploaded the pics to TinyPic; then attempted to link to the tinypic bgut it didn't work.
Could someone advise us newbies on how to post pics to this forum?

Don

I'm really liking that little Winston!!! Thanks for th epic!. Mike

Thanks Mike. I am really enjoying my integral City Knife but would still love to have a non-integral City Knife or Stiff Horn in green micarta. Between my budget and your back-log its going to be tough.

I'm using photo bucket. I click on th epic that I want, when it blows up, I right click. This brings up the menu. Left click on properties, when this comes up, right click on the hyper text twice. this will turn it blue. click on copy. go back to your post, click on the little mountains at the top of the edit screen, delete the http, then simply paste the hyper link there. and hit post quick reply. Your done! I'm not very computer literate, but it works here. Mike

Yeah. I love the size and handle design. It fits my hand perfectly.
Is your sheath pig skin? Wish I had though of that.
