Small fixed blade sheath with pocket clip wanted

I am looking to have a leather fixed blade sheath made with a pocket clip for a Bark River City knife. I found this picture here on the forums somewhere, I was thinking of something similar to it:



I think I would like it to be lined with plastic, but any input would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully I am soliciting this service correctly.
