Got another batch of these great small game and turkey knives almost done. this is the first up, Ill get the others up as they are finished over the next couple days.
OAL- 7"
blade- 3 1/8" long, .124" thick, just under 3/4" wide at the guard
steel- Aldo's high carbon 1095 with in-house heat treatment
grind-full-light/med convex grind, with distal taper
finish-etched 600 grit finish with hamon
handle-bolivian rosewood
guard- 1/4" brass and 1/8" brass pin
sheath-clean, hand stitched, hot-waxed, with cam, for "snap fit"
blade fully tested for edge retention and tip strenth before finishing
