This is a small and handy skinner. Light enough co carry all day long. I hand forged the blade from the small ingot of my homemade steel. It is made the same way as the ancient WOOTZ steel. The blade is 3-1/8" long, about 1/8" thick in spine and about 3/4" wide. Flat bevels, very sharp. My mark is hand engravedon the blade, not hot stamped.
The guard and the butt are Sterling Silver. The butt is plain and ready to get your logo or name. The guard is lightly touched with engraving. Not too much and not too fancy.
The handle is a piece of a Whitetail Deer that happend to be almost straight and is 3-1/2" long. I did not grind too much from the piece. The skinner has a bead made with the tip of the same antler piece. The bead is the way you pull the knife from the pouch-type sheath that accomodates whole knife.
I am asking Sold for this skinner shipped CONUS via Priority Mail. PayPal preferred.
Thank you.
