Me three ! I have 4 of Joe's knives and a fifth on the way soon. I really can't explain why i love these knives so much. I have a great many FB's from well known knifemakers, all of which were more expensive than knives from Joe Calton, but i just love to hold and use Joe's knives. They are so natural in-hand, sharp and tempered to be tough and withstand more abuse than i'll ever do, but so are many of my other FB's, yet i'd be happy to sell all the rest and just use my Joe Calton knives. I cannot explain why even to myself. I think you have to get one and get this experience for yourself to understand what it is that so pleases me about Joe's knives.

"That is a great knife for the price" Yes absolutely, but wait until you have used it some and then you know it's even greater than the "great' you first expressed.
